Maybe it’s just me but it seems like lots of high profile business men have hairstyle issues. Well in this youtube video Peter Dunne defends his greater than norman hair style. He says the only thing he ever does to his hair is run a brush or comb through it. The 80′s called, they want their volume back.

African Hairbraiders vs. Utah’s Cosmetology Board

Basically it’s about a legal battle in Utah to allow for profit hair braiding that does not involve cutting hair or any added styling products without having a state issued cosmetology license. It seems to me that the video makes a reasonable and emotionally driven case for allowing such braiding without a cosmetology license; however, braiders should still have to have proper business licences and a clear line have to be drawn in the sand determining what you need the cosmetology licence for and what you don’t need it for… could be a very slippery slope. Not to mention taking business away from the people who actually went through the proper licensing process. American Apparel ads bad idea

On the verge of bankruptcy, American Apparel, has opted for several significantly more risque magazine ads. Although this one is in Purple Magazine (a French fashion mag that has no problem with any type of nudity) there is something provocative about the ad because pubic hair and really mostly all body hair is thought of as icky and gross. I guess well see if American Apparels stray hairs do anything to clean up their act financially.
